The collaborative project BioRN Academy focuses on the development of high potentials in management and leadership skills in life sciences. The BioRN Academy's partners have been designing six modules for the further education of top talents to become highly qualified executives in the biotech industry.

A distinguishing feature of the BioRN Academy´s program is the close interaction between economy and science. It offers participants a practice-oriented training that has been developed especially for the biotech industry.

The BioRN Academy is a collaborative project between the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar, the SRH University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg, Graf & Associate, and Roche Diagnostics. The BioRN Academy Association coordinates the collaborative project BioRN Academy. The BioRN Network Association is – as well as the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences and BioRN Cluster Management GmbH – member of the BioRN Academy Association.
