The BioRN Network association connects science and business. It promotes the development of the biotech region into one of the leading life-science clusters in Europe.

The association strengthens cooperation and technology transfer between public research facilities and enterprises in the private economy. It promotes the expansion of the regional infrastructure for research and development. It connects the Biotech-Cluster Rhine Neckar with other regions of innovation worldwide.

The activities of the association concern networking within the region, public relations, and setting up and expanding contacts to other European life-science clusters. The association represents the Biotech-Cluster Rhine Neckar in inter-regional and national biotech organizations and is the point of contact for the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
